Default LS6 Cam dyno graph

Well... I finally figured out how to get my graph on the web. So here it is. This is with the mods in my sig. Pretty much the numbers I was hoping for, but it detonating above 4000 or so as you can see. Why does my car get so lean? It's on stock tuning, but I wouldnt figure that it would get so lean like that.

How many miles since the cam change??

Sometimes the computers need time to relearn and will adjust.

Id say get a predator or ls1edit and do some tuning

just get a basic tune from a local dyno tune or if you have access to edit then use that or use a MAFT.

Well what can i do easily for now until i can get my car tuned? I have had this setup for about 10k miles now, I'm worried that runnin lean like that has hurt my engine. It doesnt smoke or anything, but now my #1 priority is getting richened up some. Any ideas?

On the short term you could replace the fuel filter. My car richened up a little bit as seen on autotap logs after I switched it at only 27k miles. You need to do some ls1 editing to get those inline though. I would not do any wot runs until you get this resolved.

If you have modified your maf at all, put a stock one back one. My girlfriend had a gutted out stock MAF on hers and it only made 304. I put a granatelli (didnt have a stock one laying around) and it went back to normal...no detonation, normal A/F curve.

man that cam doesn't even come alive until after 4000rpm. Trust me I have one. You are missing a whole lot of peak power. MAFT or tune.
