Car doesnt want to start (wierd)
whole story now:
Friday last week had my car tuned by vengence racing (they did great job), we had to replace the fuel pump and filter that day as well. pressure was at 62lbs. Sunday the car was driving fine then when i pulled up to the house it didnt want to hold an idle anymore. I then shut it off and tried to restart it. NOTHING AT ALL, not even a cranking sound. I checked the battery and it was fine, tried jumper cables, no go. Thought maybe it was hot, so i waited. 10 mins later it rolled over but it spent 3-5 seconds to crank up. Next morning, the car did the same thing, felt like it didnt want to roll over, but it would eventually, and once it rolls over it idled ok, as soon as i put it into gear it drops my RPMS to 400ish and dies eventually. I replaced all spark plugs and wires, same thing. When it does crank up, and i pump the gas their is a huge delay and sometimes backfires. any suggestions? I want to check the ICM but dont know how to remove it or even check to see if its reading the keys resistor. Any help?

I wouldnt spend too much time checking for a vacuum leak, whenever my batt dies(often as of late) the idle is horrible for about 30 minutes. Then it smooths out to normal

So do you have a cranking, starting or idling problem or all 3? Don't transpose the terms crank and start. They are different and if you use the wrong word your question gets confusing. I'd go back and check fuel pressure again since that was one of the last things you worked on. You can have an assistant turn the key while you use a DVOM to monitor the BATT voltage while cranking. It shouldn't go below 11Vdc across the POS and NEG terminals. You can also do Voltage Drop tests at the BATT and at the starter. The drop should be minimal(in the millivolt range). Also check for 12Vdc directly at the starter motor when the key switch is in the START position using a DVOM. Have an assistant crank the engine while you do the check unless you have a remoter starter switch. There should be minimal voltage drop during this test. If you don't know how do to voltage drop testing google it.

Problem is located in the tank, we traced it through and i have pressure (62lb, a little high, but not worried). We are tearing into it on monday will update results, i am thinking the pump.
