What cam for a 383 LS6?

Default What cam for a 383 LS6?
I have a heads/cam C5 Z06 with the 5.3 heads/MS3 cam in it. Will the Ms3 cam be enough for a 383? Also looking to put a 200-300 shot through it. Thanks.

I would say that it would be a good cam for it. You could always sell it and have Pat G spec you a cam for your heads, and that will love the jug. Just an idea.

I would call TSP the maker of the MS3 and ask them that question. The engine build sounds awesome! What comprssion is the motor going to be?
