6200-6300.

Thats where the shift points are....it would spin higher no doubt but I like keeping my rod bolts intact,lol.

Took my CETA to 6600 when it was a 6spd/EFI. But now with the TH350 and carb I spin it to 7K

damn thats high with the stock rod bolts. is there any way to make sure they're okay before you turn up the revs.

no way to tell if they are ok unless you open up the bottom end.

I spin mine up to 6800, and when the th-400 goes in it will most likely change again.

Theres a guy I know with an 02 Z28 that he spins to 7200...I wouldnt recommend doing it all the time though. He has a V2 cam and a FAST90/90 only.

Stock rod bolts, so I don't push it hardly ever, but when I do, I go to about 6800-7k. Rev limit is 7200.

Cam only here at 6500.. But I may have it bumped to 6750 so the shift extension isn't so dramactic

I wouldnt go any higher than 6500 on a stock bottom end. The gain from the extra 200 or 300 RPM's isnt worth the loss if your engine wont take it.

Cam and exhaust only, rev limiter set at 6800, shift light at 6600 (i'm lazy and slow haha)

Guess I should have put that it has forged rods and pistons with ARP rod bolts now
