Default Will PCM eventually learn idle after cam install?

I installed a TSP 228r on my 3200 stalled TA and I'm wondering if the PCM will eventually "learn" and keep the car from dying when I come to a stop. Before I installed the cam, I loaded the Level 4 tune from my Vinci handheld programmer. Today was the first day driving it and it died twice on me when coming to a stop. I was hoping that I could get my car on a dyno to verify that the Vinci tune was in the ball park as far as A/F ratio, but now I'm wondering if I'm looking at having to ditch the Vinci and drop the cash for the full dyno tune.

Thanks!

No. it will never be able to correct itself that much. A full tune is how you get yourself a non-stalling car. That has to be added into a cam swap. Seems like it is commonly skipped over in the price of a cam swap.
