Default Spun Rod Bearing

I've got a 98 ls1 with a spun rod bearing.

I've also got a stock lq4 crank and rods.

Would I be able to but the lq4 crank and rod into my ls1 without any issues?

I think it should work because the only difference between the rotating assemblies for the 2 motors was the bore is larger on the 6.0

To the OP, IIRC it will work, but you'll want to double check that. Just make sure that you have the crank polished and all of the clearances checked out.

more then likely the crank is balanced for 4.000 bore pistons. Everything would fit but i would bring the assembly to the machine shop to have them rebalance it.

No disrespect meant to the OP.
