stock valves in the 317, originally from an LQ4, but has an LQ9 rotating assembly thanks to Nathan. Any idea on the bolt circle ? should I get a preload tool ? Suggestions on a head gasket ? Not looking for highest c/r.

Stock MLS gasket, yes you need apushrod checker and to degree cam as well.
TV3 should clear with Ok clearances (that should be measured too)
