Default CR of milled 241s?

mods are in sig, Torquer v2 cam, ported 241s. I am looking to bump CR a little but not sure what it will be at. Assume I mill them .03 and use a GM mls gasket. Any ideas what the new CR would be? will I need to fly cut?

For every .006 - .007 you mill off is 1cc. So milling .030 would be 4-5 cc's. That would put you at 62-63cc. The compression ratio would be 10.8-10.9. I would check piston to valve clearance just to be safe.
