Default New motor , do i need to retouqre head bolts???

New forged LS6, built for boost

stock ported 241 heads with GM MLS gaskets and arp studs.

do i need to retoqure the heads, i put 600 break in miles so far.

Please help

As long as you torqued them to spec the first time around and used sealer on the threads, I don't see any reason to retorque them.

Since they're ARP's & not the stocker stretch bolts, I usually check mine just to be sure. Although, will say that I have never had an ARP stud nut need retorqing after the initial time, as long as the torqing proceedure was used. Might want to check 'em after going full boost a couple of times. Good-luck
