Default do i need shorter pushrods now with milled heads?

So I blew my motor and its at a machine shop for new crank rods and pistons.
I'm running 241 heads and stock block. They said they will have to mill the heads and the block to make stright. At what point would I need a shorter push rod?
I've been running stock lenght for ever.

This will have ls7 lifter and harlan sharp 1.7s non adjustable rockers.

Yes.

The LS7 lifters are taller than stock LS1 lifters for one thing, and they're going to need to be even shorter from milling the heads and decking the block.

Its time for a length checker like linked to above.

I bet you going to need something in the 7.375 range? But measure and make sure.
