Default LS6 or Comp cam Stealth

Yes i know you will say they are both too small BUT. I want to run stock heads AND Manifolds. I know i will be leaving power on the table here. I cant aford headers and tuning. Im broke and i will stay that way(twins on the way ) So im looking for a cheap cam that will help 5000+ rpms. The comp cam is 214/220 .556 lift 115 lSA. The LS6 cam is 204/216 lift .551/.546. 117.5 LSA. I have seen what the LS6 cam has to offer but have not read much on the Comp cam.The Comp cam to me SEEMS like a better choice by #'s but will it be in real life? If you read this please respond. And if you have a larger 114LSA cam and will sell it PM ME. Thanks Tony

i have that comp cam, and had the LS6 in before switching to the comp cam. The comp cam makes way more torque and pulls better all the way up to 6k unlike the ls6 that starts working around 3k and then starts pulling

What rpm are you shifting at? Does this cam keep pulling hard past 6200-6300rpms? I want to shift at 6.3k for alittle more shift extension, that will drop me to 5300 after shifts which should be a strong rpm for this cam. Tony

It runs 369 for the cam. and yes you can do springs only. But its not worth buying for you with an ls6 cam already.

So the idle's not smooth? What's so "Stealth" about the comp cam then? Can you tell there's a cam in it?
