Default 2004 GTO 243 Heads and....

I was thinking of going for this but wanted to check with the experience guys before taking the jump on this. First, is this a good deal (price wise) and 2nd, you all think is worth the HP bump and if so how much do you think I will get on HP bump from this with a mild cam and tune? BTW the listed price is $750 including shipping. Also, whats a good mild cam for this setup? I daily drive the car and take it to the track maybe twice a year. I just want to have some fun while still keeping the normal driving feel of car (because of the daily drive it part ). I usually race...when I race it from 1st or 2nd and usually is maybe up to 90. So what ever works for that setup would be great. I did searched the forums but it was hard to find something similar to mine with all the different post related to heads and cams (they are all over the place)

Current mods:
JBA shorty headers, jba mids(cat) and spintech mufflers. LS7 Clutch and flywheel. 100 wet shot of nitrous but I dont really use it...just as a backup.

$750 for stock 243s? That's $750 plus head gaskets, head bolts, fluids, and labor for about 15rwhp over your current heads.

I'm not a fan of bolting on stock heads unless you get them stupid cheap and/or already have to pull your heads for some other reason. Even still you could get some 243s or 799s on here for $300-400.
