Need some opinions on forged options
So I've got a stock bottom end ls1 that i've been spraying a 150-175 shot on for going on three years @ 31 degrees of timing.......lol. As you can imagine i'm starting to burn a fare amount of oil so I know its time to rebuild it.
I would like some ideas/opinions on some forged rods/bearings/pistons and rings to rebuild with and I do plan on running my old crank if it checks out okay. I plan on sprayin a 200 shot on the new setup also and naturally I'm just as broke as you are so no I cant spend a trillion dollars on a rebuild. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
