New Style Rear Main Seal What's up with these, do they leak? I have been searching on this site & I am getting mixed results.
The old ones had a reverse lip that protruded towards the front of the vehicle. I never had one leak, a little hard to install but they worked.
I got this new one from GM & it is thinner & the lip is towards the rear. Easy as hell to slide on the crank but worthless if it's going to leak.
Any first hand experience out there?
