Default Engine vibration /damage

The vibration isn't dramatic but it very noticable at certain RPM's. I had taken the car out for a drive after putting in new trans, rear, and clutch. All revs were smooth and i went to break in the clutch. After realizing the oil was shooting out from not having replaced the dipstick (along with a momentary touch of the rev limiter), I replaced it and there is a vibration at 2k and 4k. What did idiot do to his motor? Appreciate input on what to check...thanks. Motor has 15k.

yes the clutch was zero balanced and seemed to work fine. The vibration appeared after a 1 hour test drive
