Default PRC LS6 2.5 or PRC 5.3L with MS3?

Ok guys, car is a 99 corvette, 6 speed, vararam, LS6 intake, headers, offroad x pipe, tune, built trans, and built rear with 3.90 gears. I have decided to go with a TSP package, and I want to get the MS3 cam. Will this cam fit with either head is my first question? Also, I want to have as high of compression as possible, really would rather not flycut. Which head would make more power? The car will see 150 shot of gas down the road as well.

Car dynoed at 333/341 before the new tranny and rear, 316 rwhp after
Best time to date is 12.66@115 on a 1.97 60ft (street tires)

Thanks for any help!

Both heads will make about the same power overall. The biggest difference is that the 2.5 5.3s have smaller combustion chambers than the LS6. TSP makes those heads to order with the MS3 so it will fit, call them and talk to them about it. They recess the valves for PTV clearance. I ran the MS3 on a 114 LSA with PRC 2.5 5.3s on the stock motor, and TSP made the heads to go with the cam. I still just barely tapped 6 valves (intake and exhaust), not enough to hurt anything fortunately. The MS3 responds well to spray no doubt but will again make similar #'s with either head. Sorry but i never got any #'s with the car to pass on, spun a rod bearing before I got #'s. But both are now in my 408 and still made awesome power, if you ever go that route.
