I kinda figure I just need to take the gas cap off to relieve pressure then undo the wiring harness for the injectors then unbolt the fuel rails and move them out of the way and just pull the injectors. Does this sound right or am I missing something.

You got it, on the end of the fuel rail is a valve like you tires have. Take a water bottle and hold it up to the rail and push the valve with a small screw driver and the will blow the pressure off the rail.
