Default cam swap help

Im planning to swap in LS6 heads and a TR224 cam into my 98 ls1 camaro. problem is that the ls6 valves are .6mm longer than the ls1 valves, and I want to do this in one shot so i dont want to be using the measuring push rod. So my question basically is if anyone knows what length push rod a person with ls6 heads would have to use with the TR224 cam? has anyone with an LS6 swapped this cam into their car, im sure someone had to at some point in time.

you still need to measure it can change by thickness of head gasket and if the heads have been milled i would measure them and be on the safe side
