Anyone tried these? Seems to be the same thing done by Harland Sharp?

Yes I have them. They work great, excellent quality, and a heck of a lot cheaper than harland sharp. They don't come with instructions though. You have get the instructions off of Comp Cam's web site. It's real easy to do if you have a press or vice. Takes a couple hours if your very meticulous and careful. They are fully enclosed and use snap rings to hold them in place. I ordered mine from Thunder Racing. I think I paid around $135. I highly recommend them!

thanks man, def. what I wanted to hear. Just need to make sure I can spare the $'s right now. I have a full machine shop and machinists at my work at my disposal so it shouldn't be an issue getting them installed. The only thing that I'm worried about is if it'll have the same failures as HS had with an early build of their units before they upgraded the bearings and now seem to have to run an additive in the oil to cure the issue.
