Talking JPR 427 Almost Finished!! Pics inside.

Well I was bored today & I was off from work so I figured I would go see the car. I havent even seen it since April so with the motor almost complete, I thought I should pay here a visit. I took the new truck and drove down to Joes. It was a nice drive no traffic good music, all in all a good experience. I got to the shop to see Dave working hard on my car. He is doing most of the assembling, while Joe is taking care of the details, like P-V clearance, pushrods etc. This was the first time I met Dave, he was a nice guy and cool to talk to. I must say that when I saw my car after more than 7 months IT WAS A SHOCK. IT LOOKED SO SWEEEEETTTTTT. I forgot how awesome the car was. Well I stayed about 30-45 minutes BSing with Dave and then I took off. Traffic coming home was a biatch!! Massive accident on the Belt Parkway so that was the brunt of my driving today. Well I snapped some pics of the car. They are off the Kooks Y Pipe, The car from the side, the Crane Daul Spings, the top of the block no intake, and My most favorite pick, the engarving on the block. Here are the picks. I should have the car back late next week.

LOL Thanks Guys. I am very excited. I wonder what I should expect from the dyno? 480-500 seems reasonable. I dont think I will see 520 or whatever that other hydro 427 put down. We will see soon enough.

Yeah, I here ya on the pics. Thesae were taken on my LG6000 phone. I really wasnt thinking when I left the house. I have a high rez digi camera, but I have short term memory loss sometimes. At least I had the phone or I would have no pics. Well, good luck with your new setup.

Hey Mike, did u ever get to the bottom of your problems?

Short term memory loss huh? Could that have something to do with your avatar?

Ahhhhh, I forget or something. I think that may have something to do with it. I am usually pretty good about stuff like this too. I love my car so damm much, I was just excited to SEE it, let alone actually drive it like you guys. I said it before, When I saw it after 7 months, It was like car shopping all over again. I fell in love AGAIN. I miss it so much. I am really looking forward to the spring to see what this sled can do.

Yes I saw your car as well when I was up there. I couldn't tell what color it was because of the sun baking in the bird shizitt.. Just kidding.. Congrats on the new setup and I am sure it is going to fly..

LOL Vince. Truth be told Vince and I were jumping up and down on your bumper to see if you suspension was still good and I must say it has a nice bounce to it

I am pretty sure the problem with my car is the bottom end. I think a ring or ringland, something with the piston in which I am getting a shitload of blowbuy. While I had the car running the other day after the dipstick popped out again I watched it and it was like a tea kettle pouring out steam. I must have been superheating the oil, I had alot of water vapor as well.

Thanks for testing out the shocks. I figured they needed to be replaced so out with the stockers, and in with the new Hal R's up front with the Hal springs & Hal rears. That should give me a nice 60'. I also will add the BMR tubular K members and Xtreme rear drag sway bar at the same time. Later you fockers.

I couldnt find a spot to use this but I had to put it in.
