Default Just curious, DART head flow?

I know flow numbers aren't everything, but I'd just like to know what DARTs heads are rated for @ 0.550, 0.600, 0.650, etc. The sheet that came with the ones I got just say 290cfm @ 0.500. I got the 225's BTW........

IIR it's somewhere around 300 @ 600 dart heads are meant to have port work done once you get them. Thats when those heads really shine. Unfortunately, it gets a little expensive, but flows awesome.

Dart sometimes gets sloppy with the VJ on those heads. I would lap the valves to make sure they seal...

you shouldnt be concerned with the flow numbers, theres alot more to a head than that.

I cleaned up the runners a little with a carbide bit and polished the runners, seemed to be a lot of rough casting left along the parting lines inside the runners. The seats are really nice on this set, was going to recut them but they don't need it. The guides have a good fit with my Ferrea valves too. Also cut the spring pockets for a 1.550 roller spring, going to be using a 256/260 0.690 lift COMP solid roller with these. Looking forward to getting the motor running, should make all the right noises. Looking for a set of used solid roller lifters if anyone has any.........
