Default Prc 220cc 5.3l stage 2.5 any good

I have a full bolt on 6 speed car that made 384 on a mustang dyno.
Tr230/236 cam, weiand intake,underdrive pulley,longtubes,slp lid
msd wires,spec stage 3 clutch,strange 12 bolt 4.10,
i would like to get a good set of heads but dont have the funds for afr or tfs. Have you guys had good luck with prc heads, they claim up to 50rwhp gains, that seems like alot to me. I am having trouble deciding between the 5.3l stage 2.5 and the ls6 stage 1 heads.i know the compression of the 5.3 heads would help with my cam,the flow#s look almost identical.anyone with real world experience that could tell me the main differences between the heads and which would suit my combo better.

Great bang-for-the-buck heads. I'm making 495rwhp with PRC 5.3's on my 370ci. Runs 11.20's at 123mph at 3900lb race weight N/A and 10.70's at 135mph (crappy 60ft) on the jug.

Just posted a dyno using these heads here. This version has a 58cc chamber (I have valve reliefs) and was purchased January 2007 if I recall correctly.

They are great. I made 435 through a TH-400 with those and a MS4 (58cc chambers, forged bottom end, 11.5/1 pump gas engine). On the motor it went 11.41 @ 121 (1.70 60') and on the gas it goes 10.23 @ 136.4 (1.55 60'). I have the old version of the heads and I can only imagine the new ones are measurably better from what I have seen of them.

I'm running the 2.5's and made 431hp with cats and a 233/239 cam. Car is a blast to drive. Very good buy for the money.
