Default I thinking about a new cam, which 1?

My car is down right now while I am rebuilding the tranny and I have LT, LS6 intake and ASP U/D pulley coming. I currently have LS6 cam and springs and home ported heads,85mm maf, ported TB, Lid, all free mods, most bolt ons. Here is the flow numbers on the heads

int exh
.050 35 25
.100 66 56
.200 142 105
.300 207 144
.350 227 160
.400 250 180
.450 255 198
.500 267 209
.550 275 213
.600 280 219

What cam would work with these heads on an A4 and make good power and not have idle problems?

i think most any cam will have idle probs on an A4... r u gonna get tuning? if not, try the MTI stealth cam (220-.581-115)... if u are getting tuning, most any cam will work, but it depends if u like it smooth, like the above cam will be, or do u want a little lope, or alot of lope... 224/112 will be a good medium sized cam with lope, 224/114 will be a bit smoother... check out MTI, TR, TSP, and others on the right >>

lope is mostly what I am looking for, I will be getting tuning. I love the power that the heads and 02 LS6 cam gave me but I wish it had some lope to it. I want a cam that will not give me cold weather problems like stalling or dying. I do have a 3800 stall convertor also, forgot to list that.

just stay with a 114lsa cam and you shouldnt have any idle problems with a mild tune...from what i understand thats where you get most of your lope though, but I think like a 224 or 228 cam on a 114 would be great for your setup...just remember youll need to swap out for new springs...again

mti c2-224/224 581/581 114. you will love this cam, pulls hard, sounds nice(not too much rumble)good daily driver, put me near 430hp 408tq with st2 heads short headers, and i had no ported t-body and no underdive pullies.i do however have a m6 and i use the 112 lob. if it's a little to much the c1-222/222 566/566 114 is also a great cam. the power difference between the c1 and c2 is 5hp & 8tq,but the c1 will idle just a little smoother. GOODLUCK TO YA MAN.
