Which cylinder is misfiring?

Swap that injector to another cylinder, if thats not it then swap that spark plug....see if the misfire follows them. That will find the problem.

Also, if a spark plug wire is touching an exhaust pipe manifold at all...it will cause misfires in the mid-to high rpm ranges. Also, make sure the sprak plug wire(s) is snapped on good at both ends.

ok, swap cyl 6 plus and wire to 4 and 4 to 6, and coil if you want.

If it still is on NO 6 do the same for the injector.

You can also try a noid light on the 6 injector to see if its getting a signal to fire.

Sounds like a bad injector, I had the same problem not to long ago. Replaced everything else leaving the injector as the problem.
