motor cleaning how would you clean a long block? my motor doesnt have the manifold on the heads are on but the motor is out of the car I want to get some of the sludge out of it any recommendations

is the oil pan out also? i would start off with simple green, i was going to say pressure wash but you want to clean the inside of the motor i dont know how you feel about using water on the inside.
