Dude,

Sorry about the broken spring that SUCKS! Hope there is no serious damage!

What happened. Did one of the dual crane springs break? If not, what springs and what cam you running and with what lift.

Best of luck on a speedy fix-up!

It's the same dual springs a few other people had problem's with, the cam only has .561 lift and the shift point are at 6100 rpm's.

But, it broke on my way to work, WTF

The car is running really bad, but I didn't see anything metal on the dip stick.

I only found one broken spring on the pass side so far and it looks like a clean break.

I just need to get it fixed asap

Sounds like just the outer spring broke, causing a miss in the engine. Hopefully it didn't cause any P/V damage.

Just replace the spring and do a compression test on that cylinder and a couple others. You might want to replace all of the springs. Ask the verndor what he thinks about that.

See Drew, nothing to worry about!

This is what customer service is all about. Terry never asked you how it happened or what the circumstances were. This is why he is and will continue to be so successful in this business. We spend a lot of $$ on our cars and we want someone to stand behind what they sell.

Way to go Terry!!!!

Mike

That is awesome customer service, I have heard of Terry taking care of numerous problems in this same manner, credit to him for doing so, more places could learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction and standing behind your product from him. Even though I (and others) already have other cylinder heads, its this kind of service and level of satisfaction that I (and others) will remember when its time for the next set of heads. Good work Terry, Shawn

Terry, since I also have a set of the original springs - should I be concerned here?
