Default ? about custom grind cams (long)

It seems as of late all the "stealth" cams out are making GREAT power and ET's. I wanted a stealthy cam and at the time I installed it the only one with proven gains (both rwhp and ET) was the 02 LS6 cam (That was early this year). That is what I have in my car now. I was thinking about getting something with some lope to it for the motor that in my car now and I was thinking about the TSP231/237 or LG G5X-2/3, but after talking to Jason at TSP they will not work with my milled heads. Then I saw Colonel's post about his Stealth II cam. Here is what I have come up with for a custom grind using the XE-R lobes.
228 dur @.050 .588 lift intake
224 dur @.050 .581 lift exhaust on a 115 lsa

How do these spec's sound?
also what about getting a XE-R intake lobe and XE exhaust lobe because the exhaust flow's over 70% on my heads.

those look like pretty good specs that will make some good power but honestly i would put it on a 113 or 114 LSA.

I just ordered the 224 dur @ 581' lift with 114 LSA. I am putting it in in January. I will let you know what my impressions are then.
