Default Cam guys please help!! Need cam for carb'd Ls1..

I am putting a stock 2000 Ls1 in my 1989 mustang notch and I'm putting a 750 hp carb on it. I will also be running the zex nitrous plate kit on it. I have heard that you need a special cam when putting a carb on a ls1. The car will be used mainly as a track car but will be on the street a little. I am running a th400 full manual with transbrake and a 4000 stall, manual steering, and 4:10's(might be going to 3:73's). I want a cam that I dont have to flycut the pistons but will make the best power and respond well to nitrous. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thats what I was planning on doing, I was hoping someone had a set-up like this and could let me know what to expect as far as the power curve. Thanks for the help.
