I have a 2000 Camaro SS, Engine is 414 Ci LS6, Heads flor 318@600, and I think 250 exhaust.Hydraulic, Built for Nitrous. Eagle Rods, Diamond pistons, Comp R lifters, ATI Balancer, Cola Crank, ~238/244, All bolt ons, QTP headers w/ HVMC, Speed Inc/Extreme Automatic Trans, Stock Rear end w/ 3.23, car weighs 3300.

My tuner said the volumetric efficency is already set to 0. ??

Fuel is all over the place like it is tuned for a blower. Car will make a lot more power if you can tune it out to 13.0 a/f. It looks like you have no cats and still have the cot enabled which is richening the car way up. That 10 bolt isn't going to hold up for too long.

I have MSD Flow matched 50# injectors. Are they too big? He said he has teh car set to 0 power enrichment or something and thats the best he can do.
What does "cot" stand for?

Thats not true. You can set the pe table to lower than one to pull fuel at wot. The cot is cat over temp and should be turned off if you are not running cats. Otherwise it can richen up the car over a full point. 50 lbhr injectors are way over kill in my opinion, unless you are planning for a huge nitrous shot. I am running 36 lbhr on a 422 at about 80-90% with a stock pump with no issues.
