Default Springs for G5X1

specs are :
228
232
.588
.574
112/114

I've already talked to LG about which springs to get and they said comp 921 kit. Now, yes I know I should take their word for it but 600 dollars for springs? Jeebus that's killin me hehe. What I'm wondering is what springs are you guys running for this cam? Wondering if a comp 918(not the **** generation ones) or a PAC 1518 would hold up. Even a less expensive dual spring... let me know what you guys run.

Patriot Performance dual spring kit runs about 250. I'm probably doing the same thing you are getting a g5x3 cam and then getting the supporting mods somewhere else to save some cash. PM if you need a link to them.

Or a Comp 918. I've got a car right now I'm replacing heads on that went 18,000 miles with Comp 918's and a cam almost identical to the G5X1.

If you can get away with a beehive, do it. Less weight.
