It depends on your goals and tolerance. Anywhere from a 224/224 to a low-mid 230s duration could fit the bill, or you may want even bigger.
Keep in mind that the cam size can limit your ability to run milled heads (more compression) later on when you decide to do so. Unless you decide to add some new pistons with valve reliefs or are willing to fly cut the stockers.

I wanted a midsize cam for my 6 speed that had good torque and a nice lope to it. One of the cam guru's on this site suggested a 228/232 on a 110+1. I ended up making 386/382 thru 4:10's and could probably get a little more with a better tune. I think with some good heads and a ported fast I might make 450/425 with this cam.

what kind of difference in e.t. is there between cam only and heads and cam on the same car?
say i go with a ms3 or a torquer v3 or v2 or 233/239 vs. same cam and prc heads
how much faster is that going to make it

Any of those should be sufficient to get you to what you want. Keep in mind that each car is different. Some reach 420+ running big cams like the T-rex. Someone mentioned the MS4....that'll do it

Checkout the Torquer 3 camshaft, it will provide you with a little bit better p/v clearance & come in earlier than some of the larger camshafts. Look for a special on camshaft combos & heads/cam combos very soon!
