Default 10:5 compression from my LQ4

I have a stock LQ4 short block that i want to install in my 08 Silverado. My stock 5.3 has 243 heads and want to use them on my LQ4. How much will i have to mill off of them to get a 10:5 compression or what gaskets? My truck is a single cab and is my daily driver but want to make better power. My mod list is down below. Thanks for ur help

@OP... I hope you have a GEN IV LQ4 with a 58 tooth reluctor wheel and not a GEN III LQ4 24 Tooth reluctor on the crank, so that it will operate with your 08 computer/harness. But if not, I think its Lingenfelter Performance that sells a plug and play conversion adapter box/harness available.

I also had my 243's milled .015 to 62cc and used a Cometic Head Gasket 4.030 bore / .040 thickness and achieved very near 10.5:1

Check how far your pistons are above the deck, mine are .010", that will help with the head gasket selection. .035" quench is optimal.
