Default can i put a ls3 cam in a ls1
I need to know if i can put a ls3 cam in a ls1, I have a 2002 trans am and i can get a ls3 cam out of a corvette for $100

you can put it in there but you will need the cam gear and an LS2/LS3 front cover because the cam sensor is on the cam gear not in the rear of the block like an LS1

i can get the cover and the cam gear it comes with every thing i need i hope,thank you for your info
