Exclamation what cam

I am ordering a cam tomorrow should I go with the TSP 228R or the torquer V2 please give me ur input.

Out of those two I would choose the V2.

Are you going to spray, street/strip car/weekend cruiser, Daily Driver,

Alot of these things are key to choosing a cam thats for you.

I choose the T-REX because it makes great power, works well with nitrous.
I only drive the car about 2-3 times a week only in perfect weather

I drive the car bout 3-4 times a week, street/strip and spray in the future and I have stock heads.

Really either one would work well. If you are worried about the 228R cam being to small then go ahead and get the TQ2. Both cams will drive well once they are tuned. We are only talking about 5-6 hp difference between them. I would definitely get the converter put in before or with the camshaft if you haven't already. Feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to run over everything and answer any questions you might have about either cam.

when you are modifying with cams like those, does it affect reliability. how sluggish is the motor with a v2 cam with a 3200 stall or a 3500 stall. anyone use tci converters
