LQ9 w/ Ported 241's & SI7 cam I have a 06 LQ9 shortblock and have a set of ported 241's that flow in the 295 range. I also have a speed inc. SI7 238 244 .605 .612 110 cam laying around. Can i install the heads and cam in my LQ9 and b in 10:5 compression? I dont mind milling the heads but dont want valve clearance
