Default ls6cnc or 5.3cnc, 233-239 or t2

Just bought an 02 TA ws6 that had a dead hole in it. Tore it apart and ringlands were broke on number 5. While it is apart I decided I better do whatever hotrodding I'm gonna do since its really not that fun to work on. To make a long story short I have ended up with two sets of heads and two cams. One is tsp 2.5 5.3s and the other et stage III ls6's.. The cams are tsp233-239 on 113 the other is torquer v2 on 112. Between the cams which will idle smoother? I know u will tell me the stage III heads are to big for a 346 but how much low end will it really cost me? I've already mocked up the 233-239 with the stage III heads and I had valve clearance so that is not a problem. Which of the heads is more valuable because I selling whatever is left. Its an m6 with sock gears. Will be installing lt's,cai, and a tune. Not a daily driver, just a weekend driver. What kind of mpg hit will I take with these mods?

probably won't be a significant difference between the two cams.

what are the LSA on each?

as for the heads...tough call. the 5.3s will boost compression, the ls6 will likely flow better.
