Default input wanted on Head and cam selection for stock lq4 come in Pred z, Pat G Tex speed

I am looking for input on a heads and cam combo for a stock short block lq4 6.0 on some what of a budget. I will also be buying an intake but would really rather not spend the money on a fast set up if possible. I would like to use something like an ls6 or l76 intake. Im going to set the limit at arround $1500 on the heads. The car will see some light street use and will be a stalled a4 probly 3200-3600 stall. It weighs right at 3000 lbs and has 373 gears. Im not into roll racing so I want it to be more directed to 1/4 and 1/8 mile. I want a cam that will have good power down low and up to about 6200 rpm.

to the top come on guys some one pop in and give me some direction. Im leaning toward the l92 heads and an ls3 intake. If I mill the l92 heads .030 will there be plenty of material left and will they still work well? From what I have read milling them .030 wil leave them with 62cc chambers.

If you mill L92 heads and run a big duration cam, might not have adequate piston/valve clearance.
