Exclamation how do you figure cam overlap?

i was wondering how would i figure out the overlap of this cam?? 222/226 .597/ .598 on a 115 lsa

it comes out to -6 degrees using an online calculator

The formula is:

((Intake Duration + Exhaust Duration)/2)-(2xLSA)

And yes. that one has -6º of overlap @.050".
