I need some help guys so I hope you will do me proud. I just pulled the motor out of my 02 camaro b/c i spun a rod bearing. I want to rebuild to handle a single t4 turbo with 6 to 8 psi. I would like any info on head gasket(thickness), piston rings, cams that would work with this setup. any info is greatly greatly appreciated.
