Default F.A.S.T. 92mm intake fitment issues

I am in the process of finishing up my heads/cam swap on my 99 ta, i decided to put my intake on sunday, and discovered that it would not set down flush on the heads. i replaced the lifter valley cover bolts with the shorter ones that came with the intake, as well as put on the newer 2000+ head coolant line and rear block-off caps. It acts like there is something in in the middle that is keeping it from sitting down on both sides but i cant find what it is, is there something i need to possibly change with the knock sensors? Has anybody else had any problems with this intake fitting correctly?

yup it was the little plastic clips, i didnt notice how big they were when i first looked, until i unwrapped all the tape. took them off and rearranged the wires a little bit and it fit fine.
