I was reading the latest issue of Popular Hot Rodding Engine Masters Challenge and there is a LS1 engine that was using Mod motor rods from a Ford with Honda Rod journals. I had never heard of this before and I also did a search and came up empty. I am guessing this is a completely custom setup but thought I would ask if anybody new anymore about this combo. The motor was pretty stout, making about 600 FWHP.

Any info is obviously appreciated.
