low oil pressure almost to the red on startup, after warm up i get approx. 15 psi 25 psi max.

When its cold what kind of pressure do you get? If you get decent pressure cold and then it drops when the oil warms up it could be the O-ring on the pick up tube in the oil pump not creating a solid seal. Its a very common problem because they are pretty sensitive to any knicks or pinches. Hope you get it figured out.

i have the same issue after my cam swap ..

you have to replace the o-ring ..
