Default TSP 228R vs. Hot Cam

I just order my tsp 228 cam and I was just wondering, all things being equal what is the difference power wise between the two?

not sure there, but the TSP228R is a much better cam.

Ha Ha. Well I guess that is a good answer. Well I have heard nothing but good things about this cam so keeping my fingers crossed that I can get in the 11's with it NA, at least very low 12's. 11's might be tough with the 10 bolt and Nitto 555rs?

Well won't be doing a dyno run. But will have some track times. Car went 12.60 @ 108 w/ Hot cam. Have since changed to TDs and Ported TB. So with those minor mods only I should get a decent comparison to how much better the 228 will be. Hoping to have the cam in by at least next weekend if not this weekend if I get the cam in time. Hope to have new times by this month.

tsp 228r is a banging cam I like it a lot gave me pretty good numbers on a stingy *** dyno. I'm going to go out when the track starts cracking again and see what kinda times I can run
