Well, what are you hearing/experiencing? Did you find something in your oil? Are you having lots of valvetrain noise? Whats going on?

I could hear a pronounced ticking noise when one of mine went south.
I pulled the valve covers and tried to lift every rocker arm up from the tip. Found mine that way.

Also, you could have a rocker problem. Maybe one of them puked its needle bearings and is just bouncing around lawless.

no noise the damm thing wont start. I thought if one of the lifers decided not to bleed down and or something and caused a valve not to shut all the way that it might have caused a valves to bend. I did a head swap heads off of an 05 gto and put them on my 98 camaro. anyways somethings not right because the motor has no compression. the cyclinders looked bran new when i took the heads off so thats why im leaning towards valve problems.
