Default Any "real world" disanvantages to a 4" stroke?

Guys I am in the process of putting together a forged short block based on an LS2 or LS3 Block. The car uses a Centri blower, will not see more than 7k rpm, will be used very little but when it is will get beat upon pretty badly. Bearing all this in mind, are there any real disadvantages to using a 4.0" stroke over a stock stroke?

Ps: sorry for the spelling mistake in the title!

4" stroke is a popular way to gain cubic inches, my opinion is that it looks like many of the engine builders are more comfortable leaving extra cylinder wall thickness and gaining engine size with a longer stroke.
