magic stick 4 and trickflow 220's
anyone running this on a carbed combination or injected 6.0 lq4??? I'm ordering these heads next week and from what ive read a 7.5 pushrod will work..I have stock mls gaskets and heads will go on out of the box once i change the valvesprings...hoping for a noticable gain over my stock 6.0 heads...

I am looking at these heads also.I read a thread here saying the springs are good for .650 lift.Where are you buying your heads from?vengeance racing has them for $1679,and $89 for push rods.

Should be a strong combo. If you order them from TEA they come with some really good .650 lift duals so you may not need springs if you get them from there. Not sure if TFS uses the same springs or not. Vengeance was running a special on these not long ago so you may want to check them out too. IIRC $1579 shipped with free milling. A 7.5 PR SHOULD work no milling but you should still measure. Don't forget you need aftermarket RR's and may need to shim for a good wipe pattern after PR length is determined. Let us know how it turns out!!
Edit. Keep in mind if go carbed you will prolly need a different cam to work best with a carb intake. For one thing I see those guys usually run a tighter LSA. In this case talk to Pat G or Pred-z and get a custom specced IMO

I am pretty sure you only get charged sales tax if you go to the brick and motar and order the heads, or if you live in the state in which they are located. If you order them over the internet you won't pay sales tax, but your suppose to claim it on your taxes or somethings.
