I think its the BBK's 80mm one. Im not sure if you can port it from the 85mm opening the LS6 has to a 90mm opening.

BBK is a joke. Port the stocker, save your cash till you go with a FAST intake.

Depends on your budget.

My justification on BBK is a joke is the fact that every BBK TB ive dealt with has had a sticky idle no matter what.

My joke ported and polished BBK 80mm works like a charm and have never had any sticking problems. It has helped me put down some great numbers on a LS6 mani 460/418. The stock inlet on a LS6 is 75mm and the stock TB is 75mm. The BBK 80mm comes with an adapter plate to neck it down to the 75mm manifold inlet. I bolted the adapter plate to the mani and used a die grinder to open up the adapter tapered end and followed it into the manifold. I was able to open it up to 79mm. That's an 11% increase in area. I hope to put down very high 400 RWHP when I go to get her re-dynoed after my recent head install

IMO, unless you modify the LS6 intake (inlet) there's really no benefit to going with anything larger than a ported stock TB.
