Default TEA 1.5s with X1 PtoV clearance?

Wanting to run this cam with these heads milled .015 for 11.1. Friend of mine is putting together a motor with these heads milled .010 for straightness with the TR230 and he had only .020 clearance. He siad .060 to.080 is optimum. Ive been told I can run this cam with these heads by several people including TEA. Is anyone running a cam like this? What are your heads milled? Any clearance issues? What is you clearance if you ckecked it? I have other 2 buddies running PP5.3s with the X1 and TR230 and no diasters yet and they havent checked clearance. Any info will be Appreciated. Jason

Jason we've already talked about this once

W/ the X1 cam, you can safely mill ~.020-.025. If you're going to run a 5.3L head w/ .010-.015 you'll have about 10 feet of clearance in there. FYI I am running a bigger cam than the X1 with .025 off my heads and no flycutting...

What size valves is he using? I have TEA Stg. 2 heads w/ 2.02/1.55 valves with the TR230 cam and I had .085 clearance with .010 milled myself.

With TEA 5.3 Stg 2 with 2.02 & 1.55's and 224 XE-R, I had .075 P to V with ~.020 to .030 milled off the heads. Cam was degreed and install w/2 degrees advance & GM head gaskets.
