AFR 205 with 58cc chambers?
Would these heads bolt right up to my motor with an f13 cam? Do i need to worry about clearance issues with the smaller chambers? Would 91-93 octane be sufficient for the bump in compression?

Since you didn't specify otherwise, I assume this is a stock short block, which means no valve reliefs in your pistons.
Yes, they will bolt right up, but you will definitely need to check piston to valve clearance and very well may need to fly cut to achieve a safe margin of clearance (.080 intake/.100 exhaust).
As far as your compression goes, you are looking at 11.98-1 with a .040 gasket, and 11.57-1 with the stock .053 gasket. Keep in mind however, that the thinner gasket gives you a tighter quench which wards off detonation. Your gonna need a spot on tune to run 93 with this setup. Depending on what you use the car for, you may be better off looking for some that aren't milled as much.

I have those same heads afr 205 58cc with a f13 on a 114 lsa and it did work with out valve reliefs but i had to get my car tuned 3 times to get the tune spot on because of detonation. but man was it worth it car runs hard and makes great power. I dont have the sheet anymore but if i remember it was around 435hp and 415 lbs with a a4 through a stall and thats cause i have the stock intake on it "ls6 intake cause its a 2002 ws6".

I am running the AFR 6016 cam and the heads were milled to 60cc and the cam bearly cleared so I agree with BriancWS6 that you are probably going to need to flycut the pistons.

with a larger cam and at 57.5cc TFS heads and a .040 gasket...I had -.20 on the intake for clearance...after flycutting .110 I am now at .090 clearance...I would also recommend at least 93 octane...and might need a splash of 100...depends on the cam and timing...
but my guess even with a stock mls gasket is you will be way to tight...flycutting is a must...
