Default Valve spring identification help needed

I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me. I bought an engine from someone local who got it from someone else to drop in my car. I'm trying to identify the valve springs that are on it so I can decide if I want to throw a small cam in it. I was told they are Manley springs but don't know any more than that. They're green (maybe greenish blue), single springs. I can post pics tonight. I'm really just trying to figure out how much lift they can handle.

If your going to cam it its stupid to not swap the springs to what you KNOW will handle it.

Guessing whats on there and sticking a cam in it is asking for a catastrophic failure.

Cam it, and buy the correct springs and push rods for the job and roll on with it.
